Versa 2 still not syncing my data

Although other posts say problem is fixed i still do not get full data report. Limited to calories and 3 other No sleep info, no steps. Have reset Versa as well as shut down and restart iPad

HI @FloridaDasher - the problem should be fixed but measures you took previously may have an impact.

 

Best is to limit to the watch and iPad

Logout of the  Fitbit App and swipe the active window off, clear the storage cache and force stop it.

Restart both watch and iPad

Login to the app and click Edit to adjust any missing elements and then Done and sync.

Did Log out and restart both but

 

 i have no idea how to clear cache or what is meant by “force stop it”

@FloridaDasher- I should have been more clear, don't think the iPad has that option, only Android.
