After my daily walk a few hours ago, I took off my Fitbit to bathe.. and since then it has stopped counting all my steps.
I've tried restarting it several times in a row. I've tried shutting it down, waiting, then starting it back up.
I've tried turning the hr monitor on and off again, with a restart after each setting change.
I've tried the 100 feet walk test, and it still registers zero added steps since earlier this evening.
I also noticed the red flashing light in the back no longer illuminates, and my heart rate is off by about 20bpm.
Fitbit and app are both up to date.
What should I do next?

I tried that last night also, but it didn't do anything.
However, I put it on the charger last night and lo and behold it's working again! The red lights on the back are flashing with the green again.
Maybe it just needed a charge?
I've never had this happen to me with any of my previous Fitbit devices. So if it happens again I'm just going to exchange it for a new one.
