Versa 2 doesn't recognize our wifi or bluetooth.

We don't have any trouble connecting our other devices to our wifi or the devices of friends who visit us; but my new Versa 2 can't connect to our wifi. What do I try?

I have the same issue. I have been in touch with Fitbit with no resolution.

Thanks for letting me know. Are they trying to help you resolve this? I guess I  need to write them directly. If it can't be resolved, either I have to try another unit or get a different smartwatch. What's your plan?

I bought an apple watch 5. I have not heard from Fitbit. My watch is only 2 months old.

Thanks much for that information. I will at least attempt to resolve this with the company; but it sounds like a glitch in their app software.
