Versa 2 stopped functioning

Hello there. I need to have help for versa2. Before sleep it was fine. Today morning, it’s not responding. Not switching on. 
Can anyone help me in this regard ? I need help.

Have you tried to Restart your Tracker  ? If that doesn't help then contact Fitbit Support  . I hope you get it working again

Same thing happened to me. Screen went gray then black. Now it syncs but whole screen is dead

Hello @Jameson2205 

Have you tried restarting your Fitbit as suggested by @NellyG ? If not try that suggest first and hopefully that will resolve the problem. If the problem persist try changing your clock face through the Fitbit App. I have seen doing that help problems similar to what you are describing.

I can’t even change the clock face now as it was never changed by me. Can you send me a clock face so that I could install. I tried to restart multiple times but it wasn’t responding

If your Fitbit Tracker is completely unresponsive (won’t turn on, no screen and won’t power up) then I’d suggest calling Fitbit Customer Service: https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US
