Versa 2 shows colored vertical lines

My Fitbit versa 2 will not reset /reboot.  It has vertical lines on the screen, nothing else and I cannot get anything to work although if I wear it it still logs my steps through the app. I have removed device from my app to try reloading but input can’t get it reloaded as the code won’t display on screen

I understand you’ve tried restarting your Versa 2 but it hasn’t fixed the screen problem. Maybe try changing the clock face though the Fitbit App: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2311.htm. If the issue persists after changing the clock Face I would contact Fitbit Customer Service: https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US

I keep getting so far in chat then I get abandoned, bit disappointed and I am no further forward
