Versa 2 stopped getting text notifications

I stopped getting notifications of texts on Versa 2. I have confirmed all notification settings are correct.  I have tried the "test call" option and it did not connect. I have restarted phone, and bluetooth. I have tried to resync and update. 

What is the next step?
