Versa 2 stopped receiving messages from my iOS

Since the newest iOS update I have been plagued with issues with my Versa 2 not notifying me of text messages or calls. I have went into the Fitbit app and manually turned off and turned back on my notifications(several times). I have unpaired and repaired my device(several times). I have restarted both my phone and my versa multiple times and it will work for maybe an hour or two but after that it will just stop receiving any and all notifications. I have also checked to make sure that I am not on do not disturb on both my phone and my watch. I only go on do not disturb at night and yes my ringer is turned to vibrate but that shouldn’t mess with my Fitbit due to it’s a button on the side of my phone. I have checked to make sure that I am updated on both ends of Fitbit and Apple. It’s getting entirely frustrating. Any help would be appreciated because I don’t know what I’m missing.
