I bought my fitbit in Nov, it randomly stopped receiving text notifications. I have done everything possible troubleshooting wis . I even got a new fitbit, new account. And deleted the app same issue still happenin . Is this happening to anyone else?

I would like to know what is the brand and model of your phone.
