Versa 2 stopped receiving notifications

About a week ago, the Fitbit app froze on my android phone, I had to uninstall then reinstall the app. Since then, I've not been able to receive notifications. I have made sure I have the latest versions of Fitbit and my phone. I have removed and paired the watch. I have gone through every phone and Fitbit setting. I have turned off and on both the phone and watch. Tonight I had the first notification on my versa 2 showing a missed call but that's all. I have all emails, messages, texts etc turned on but they don't come through. I have exhausted every piece of advice I can find. What else can I do?

It seems you've tried all the available solutions for this type of problem on your own. So, my best advice from here is to contact technical support. They have the most appropriate resources to help you more thoroughly.

I went to Technical Support who went through all the steps again with me, I ended up having to pair my watch again to replace my initial watch in the app but it does work again now.
