I am no longer received sleep scores - instead only sleep patterns - do you know how to change?  Do you have the number for tech support?   I have only had the versa 2 for one week : (

Hi there @DonnaMarieV, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 stopped registering your sleep score. I'll be glad to help you.

Keep in mind that you must see sleep stages in order to see your sleep score information. Please swipe left on the Sleep Score graph, here you can see information about your weekly sleep average and sleep duration. To get more detailed information, see: What's sleep score in the Fitbit app?

If you are not receiving sleep stages, I recommend considering the following:

  • If you slept in a position that prevented your device from getting a consistent heart-rate reading or wore it too loosely. For best results, wear your device higher on your wrist (about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone). The band should feel secure but not too tight.
  • If you used the Begin Sleep Now option in the Fitbit app (instead of simply wearing your device to bed). For more information on automatic sleep tracking, see How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device?
  • If you slept for less than 3 hours.
  • If your device’s battery is critically low.

In regards to your question, you can get in touch with our Customer Support by clicking here.

Give this a go and let me know how it goes.

Hello @DonnaMarieV, it's nice to see you again. About your inquiry, all Fitbit devices with heart-rate tracking (except Fitbit Charge HR or Fitbit Surge) to track your sleep, you can see a record of the sleep stages you cycle through at night. This article answers frequently asked questions about sleep stages. For other questions about sleep, see How do I track my sleep?

I've seen that you contacted our Support Team after posting here and saw that they helped you with your sleep stages and sleep score.

We'll be around if there's anything else we may do for you.
