Versa's screen is dim

I can not get my screen to be bright again. The brightness is on max, sleep mode is off. I restarted it and it started working again after a few minutes of the restart then went dim again within 15 minutes. Any suggestions?

Hi @ShelP, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since the screen goes dim. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

Please try a factory reset. To do so on your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Sync your watch before this in order to avoid losing current data. Finally, check out this help article which explains how to adjust the brightness of your watch and see if the issue gets fixed.
