I received my versa 2 for Christmas 2019. It's is not cracked, and I take care of it. Today it stopped responding to my touch. I have restarted it and tried changing the clock face back to default, but it didn't fix anything. Please help!!
Edit, apparently it also stopped tracking my steps.

My versa 2 did the same thing just a few days ago. Bought it March 2020 and Fitbit says out of warranty but gave me a 35% off of a new one. It quit being able to swipe after doing the Fitbit update. Pretty crappy that their update made my device quit working and they won’t stand by their product.
