Versa 2 stopped syncing and tracking my data

My versa 2 has stopped logging any information and it hasn't synced since the 11th Aug 2023

If you haven't done so yet, please try restarting your Versa 2 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? 

If the restart doesn't work, would you mind letting me know if the screen of your Versa 2 is working? Even if it's not tracking any data, is it on? If it's, please try troubleshooting the syncing issues by following these steps
