Versa 2 won't turn on

Good afternoon, I'm trying to pair the Versa 2, but it has a lot of problems: on first hand it has not a perfect charging mechanic (sometimes it stops and restarts after some time), but the major problem it's not turning on: while it's on charge it shows the logo, but, as soon I take it off, the logo disappears. I tried to restart the device, but it has not worked. Is there a solution?

Hi there, @Bencamillo. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out. 

While reading your post I was wondering if your Fitbit device vibrates when you connected it to the charger or did it vibrate when you performed the restart? If it doesn't, please try the steps below: 

• Clean the charging contacts on the back of your device and the pins on your charging cable using the instructions in How do I clean my Fitbit device?
• If the error "insufficient power source" appears on your device's screen, remove other devices plugged in to your power source, or plug your device in to another source.
• Try a different USB port or a UL-certified wall charger.
• Check the alignment and try reconnecting your device to the charging cable. For more information, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
• Restart your Fitbit once again. For more information, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?
