Just today my Versa 2 stopped syncing the health metrics data to my Fitbit app. I have the Premium added and it's active so it's not that. I tried logging out of the app and restarting my phone. I've only had this Versa 2 for 2 months. I'm thinking of returning it if it's not working properly.

Hi,
You seem to have done the correct trouble shooting.
Presumably all the other information, steps etc, is appearing in your App?
Have you changed phones and which do you have?
Is it syncing properly with your phone, you can verify here
In the phone Fitbit App Click on profile photo [top left] Device photo [middle left] Sync - See when last synced Try refresh by touching circle it should say "a moment ago" |
