Versa 2 stopped syncing to my iOS device

My Versa 2 stopped syncing on 3/27....the app acts like it is doing something, but nothing is updated.

Hi there, @NicoletteF@ebb013, and @eliz928. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for sharing the details about the issue with your Versa 2 smartwatches. 

@NicoletteF I'm glad to see you manage to sync your watch by restarting it. Way to go! 

@eliz928 and @eliz928 If you both are still having syncing difficulties, please try the steps below: 

*On your phone, tap Settings Bluetooth > the information icon next to the name of your Fitbit device > Forget This Device.
*Open the Fitbit app and set up the connection again. You should receive a message asking you to allow your Fitbit device to pair with your phone. Tap Pair to approve the request.

Sync your watch automatically when you open the Fitbit app or manually by tapping your profile picture > your device tile > Sync Now.

If your watch doesn't sync after following the above steps, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

I was able to get mine to synced by doing a reset on the watch by holding the button down on the watch.
