My versa2 continues to have problems with syncing. I now cannot connect it to either my iPad, iPhone or my husbands iPad. I have turned on/off Bluetooth, restarted all devices and versa2, deleted and reinstalled Fitbit app and still no connection. Any advices would be appreciated.

Hi there, @Glbar. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out. @Ihatethisapp Thanks for helping out, I'm glad to hear you're back on track!
If you haven't done so yet, please try removing the Bluetooth connection between your phone and your Fitbit device:
*On your phone, tap Settings > Bluetooth > the information icon next to the name of your Fitbit device > Forget This Device.
*Open the Fitbit app and set up the connection again. You should receive a message asking you to allow your Fitbit device to pair with your phone. Tap Pair to approve the request.
Sync your Versa 2 automatically when you open the Fitbit app or manually by tapping your profile picture > your device tile > Sync Now.
If the issue persists, please follow @Ihatethisapp's suggestions.
Hope that helps.

I had this same problem for the last two days. Restarted my router and then Restarted the watch. Turned off the Bluetooth and turned it back on. Working for now.
