Versa 2 stopped syncing

The display face fell out but is still attached. If I put it back into the frame but it won’t stay in. I have pictures. What can be done to repair it? I got this last Christmas.

Best to replace it or contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you resolve it.

I am submitting a claim on the extended warranty I bought. I forgot I had one. I will ask if this is common though...

I had purchased the extended warranty so I filed a claim. And they sent me a brand new one that I had to pay a $25 deductible for. I then had to purchase another warranty for $40 bucks but it was worth it. I got no questions..I filed the claim and received an email/receipt saying one was being shipped.
