Versa 2 stopped syncing

My Versa 2 hasn't been able to sync since 1/25

I've done every check on my phone and have even deleted and reinstalled the app. Very frustrating.

There was an issue, please make sure that Fitbit App is version 3.37.1, in case it didn't get installed

 

In the phone Fitbit App

Click on profile photo [top left]

Help & Support

App Version at the top

 

and that you restarted both phone and watch after that update.
