There is a bug with android app version 3.37 that Fitbit have been investigating. See the main thread at

Recent posts suggest that a new version - 3.37.1 - is rolling out and that this fixes the problem

As @SteveH  indicated, a new version 3.37.1 was made available, did it fix your problem?
