Versa 2 stopped syncing

The Versa 2 stop syncing and the support keeps telling me that the firbit app is not up to date, but the version 3.39.2 was released for me in march 2, 2021, and is the last update avaliable. 

 

Does anyone know a phone number I can call fitbit? Chat people are stuck.
