After taking an update in Feb 2021 my Versa 2 has stopped tracking my sleep.
The advice from the Fitbit support has been less than useful. They are now saying that I should take my watch off at night and swap it to my dominant arm???
I have always worn my watch on my left wrist. It seems bizarre that I should now be told that I should swap it to my Right arm?
They won't listen to me when I tell them that until 2 weeks ago the watch was working correctly.
Support just seem interested in getting rid of me with inane suggestions.
The last support chat message they even cut me off , saying I had not responded, this was done in the middle of me typing a response.

I just had this happen with a live chat. It was like he got frustrated and told me to look up an article, gave me a reference number and basically dropped the chat!

My Fitbit will not stay synced to my phone!! Anyone have any suggestions???
