It isn't tracking my sleep, my active minutes, my calories. Is anyone else having this issue. I logged out of my app and my Versa and no change.

Hi there, @Maretamblyn. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums and sharing the details about the issue with your Versa 2.

If you're having syncing issues and your data is not showing up on the Fitbit app, please follow @Guy_'s tips and recommendations.

On the other hand, if you're not seeing your data on your Versa 2 itself, please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hi @Maretamblyn - firstly go to the Today view on the watch to check those and other items are showing (sleep might not be but it is important the others are).

If they are showing correctly you may have a syncing issue.

Try logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone and also the watch.

Login again and wait for any pair, link or Fixit prompts and sync.

If the tiles are missing in the Fitbit App click on Edit, with the green popup, and add or move any missing goals or tiles and click Done when finished and sync again.

I did all of that before I reached out on the site, it started tracking about 6 hrs later, so I am guessing there was an issue with sync and certain features.

Thank you
