My versa 2 syncs to my phone and I can see my steps on my app but my versa won't read anything no heart rate steps etc. I've tried all the typical things updated it factory reset and it won't work any tips?

Please try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
