I ordered  a new band for my Versa lite on Jan. 31th and got an email on Feb.2nd saying it was shipped and her it is March 4th and I still haven't received it.

Hi @BigMurray get with support - phone or chat is best. Once it leaves Fitbit, it's in the hands of the shipper. https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US
