Versa 2 stopped tracking my data

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

About 2 weeks ago my versa 2 stopped tracking my sleep, my heart rate, my exercise - just about everything except for steps.  And the steps it does track it won't sync with the 5 day work week challenge I'm in the middle of each week.... I've checked settings over and over and I've rebooted the device.   I have the worst luck with Fitbits - this one is less than a year old, and I have a similar past history with them.  If this expensive one is dead in the water I'm switching to Apple.

Hi there, @wackychick. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out. We‘re taking into consideration your comments and sentiments with regards to our products and services.

In addition to the steps you've tried so far, please try removing the Bluetooth connection between your phone and your Fitbit device:

*On your phone, tap Settings Bluetooth > the information icon next to the name of your Fitbit device > Forget This Device.
*Open the Fitbit app and set up the connection again. You should receive a message asking you to allow your Fitbit device to pair with your phone. Tap Pair to approve the request.

Sync your Versa 2 automatically when you open the Fitbit app or manually by tapping your profile picture > your device tile > Sync Now.

If you continue having difficulties, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Thanks for the additional fix to try, but unfortunately it didn't make any difference.  I believe my Versa 2 is the problem - everything after May 15 simply doesn't exist in my data (except for steps as previously mentioned).   Even when I have it hard wired into my computer via usb, no data after 5/15 (except steps).  I appreciate the help though.
