My Versa has stopped recording my active hours and calories, has anyone else had this problem? I’ve tried switching it off and re-booting it, but still nothing

Hi there, @Lucyjp. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out.

As a first approach, I'd suggest making sure that your Fitbit device is already running the latest firmware version. For more information, see How do I update my Fitbit device?

Next, please try to restart your Versa 2 once again and sync. If the issue persists, try the following:

1. Remove the Versa 2 from your phone's Bluetooth settings and in the Fitbit app.
2. Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use.
3. Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
4. Set up your Versa 2.

I've moved your post to the Other Versa Smartwatches board for organization purposes.
