My heart beat sensor stops working after a short period of time functioning.
I tried the settings-turn off-refresh-turn on-refresh-restart several times, and it works for a few minutes afterwards, but then stops working again.
Did a factory reset and it worked for half a day, but then shut off again. Is there anything else I can do besides buying a new smartwatch?

Unfortunately they could not help me. They recommended to clean the contacts of my charger which is working fine.

I have the same issue. Try to reset it but no luck also. Anywhere we can send the device for service?? Do fitbit have a service store to fix it??? Or they are trying to sell something else??
