 Is this normal for the watch band especially a replacement to come off? I have had the replacement for over a year and watch 2.5 years.

Thanks for sharing the experience with your bands. 

It is actually something that could happen due to the regular usage of the device after several months. Take in mind that everything has an estimated lifespan but this could decrease depending on the type of usage we have.
