Versa 2 stopped tracking my heart rate

Versa 2 will not pick up my heart rate which means it doesn't read my sleep mode  or my active zone minutes.  The green light on my sensor won't show up. Tried doing a soft reset a factory reset neither of them worked.

Hi @Krod1975 - with the steps you tried it would seem the watch is defective but just to make sure, toggle the heart rate setting in watch Settings off/on again and restart it each time.

When wearing it if you go to the Today app (swipe up) check if you get a reading for HR to verify if it is working or not.

@Krod1975- it seems it is defective and if under warranty can be replaced.
