Versa 2 stopped tracking my sleep data

My Versa 2 after a couple of weeks has stopped recording my detailed sleep eg REM. It’s recording hours asleep, awake and restless but nothing more. Can anyone suggest a fix?

@Trinibaby1_ Have you tried restarting your device? Is your heart rate monitor turned on and working? Another option is to delete the Fitbit app and reinstall.

 

I would also suggest deleting the Sleep tile and adding it back. To do that, follow these steps:

  • Tap Edit in the upper right hand corner of your Fitbit app
  • Then tap the X next to the Sleep tile
  • Then tap Done
  • Tap Edit again and scroll all the way down to the bottom and you should see the Sleep tile in the Additional Stats section and you can add it back -- you'll probably need another full night of sleep for it to start showing detailed sleep data again.
