Versa 2 stopped tracking my steps

Heart rate not tracking issue fixed by turning off in app and restarting Versa 2. Now steps aren't registering. Restart didn't fix it, neither did a new clock face, neither did removing device and re-adding. Tracks steps for a little bit, then stops. No update available. What should I do to fix this?
