My Versa doesn't vibrate when I receive text messages on my phone.  Also, I don't get the fireworks display after reaching 10000 steps

Hi there @NadineWads, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 isn't vibrating when you receive notifications or reach your goal, I understand where your concern is coming from. I'll be glad to help you.

Since your watch doesn't alert you for any feature that requires a vibration, make sure you successfully set an alarm. For more information, see How do I manage alarms on my Fitbit device?

If you correctly set the alarm or aren’t receiving other alerts, test your device’s vibration motor. Connect the device to the charging cable. For more information, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?

Keep in mind that when you turn on the do not disturb, quiet hours, or driving mode setting on your phone, your Fitbit device receives notifications but won’t alert you. Swipe down from the top of the screen to see your notifications.

To temporarily turn off notifications on your Fitbit device:

  • Swipe down from the top of your screen. After your notifications appear, swipe down again to open the control center. Tap the quick settings icon > Do Not Disturb or Sleep Mode. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device's screen?

I've moved your post to Other Versa Smartwatches for organization purposes.
