No matter how many times i update, restart, or turn on and off notifications on both my phone and watch my versa 2 does NOT vibrate any more. Even when i try a test call. It doesn't light up either when something comes through i have to click the button or double tap to light it up. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?

Hi there, @Purpleswimmer. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from.

As a first approach, I'd recommend checking if your Versa 2 isn't either on sleep or DND mode. When the do not disturb setting is on:

  • Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders to move are muted.
  • The do not disturb icon illuminates in the quick settings.

When the sleep mode setting is on:

  • Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders to move are muted.
  • The screen's brightness is set to dim.
  • The Always-On Display clock face is turned off.
  • The screen stays dark when you turn your wrist.
  • The sleep mode icon illuminates in the quick settings.

To turn either of these settings off, wwipe right from the clock face on your watch to access the quick settings. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?

Also, keep in mind that when you turn on the do not disturb, quiet hours, or driving mode setting on your phone, your Fitbit device receives notifications but won’t alert you. Swipe down from the top of the screen to see your notifications.

Note: If you have an Android phone, you can set your Fitbit device to always send you notifications:

  1. Tap the Today tab > your profile picture > Notifications.
  2. In the Vibration Settings section, turn on the Always Vibrate option.

If the above information doesn't describe your issue, please see Why didn't my Fitbit device alert me?
