Versa 2 stopped vibrating

I'm not sure when this started but my watch no longer vibrates, like at all. I used to get the hourly notification for my steps with vibrate, hitting my step goal, when the timer ends or when I start the stopwatch. None of those now cause the watch to vibrate.

The do not disturb setting is set to off and the watch is always very close to my phone. I've also tried a restart with no difference

Can someone let me know what I can do next to troubleshoot this?

Hi there @SooSad, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 isn't vibrating either, I'll be glad to help you with this.

Since your watch doesn't alert you for any feature that requires a vibration, make sure you successfully set an alarm. For more information, see How do I manage alarms on my Fitbit device?

If you correctly set the alarm or aren’t receiving other alerts, test your device’s vibration motor. Connect the device to the charging cable. For more information, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?

Keep in mind that when you turn on the do not disturb, quiet hours, or driving mode setting on your phone, your Fitbit device receives notifications but won’t alert you. Swipe down from the top of the screen to see your notifications.

To temporarily turn off notifications on your Fitbit device:

  • Swipe down from the top of your screen. After your notifications appear, swipe down again to open the control center. Tap the quick settings icon > Do Not Disturb or Sleep Mode. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device's screen?

Note: If you have an Android phone, you can set your Fitbit device to always send you notifications:

  1. Tap the Today tab > your profile picture > Notifications.
  2. In the Vibration Settings section, turn on the Always Vibrate option.
