Versa 2 stopped vibrating

I’ve had my versa 2 for about three months .  This week it stopped vibrating all together not just for notifications. I test this by setting a timer of five seconds and letting it count Down to zero. I used to get vibrations and no longer get them. 

ive tried restarting the Fitbit manually using about and shutdownand still no vibration. I’m currently on 35.72.1.15

I switched to the versa from the blaze because vibrations stopped suddenly there too.  I just received a Fitbit sense ($300) for my bday at the end of November and was about to upgrade to it but if I can’t resolve the versa 2, I will ask my brother to return the sense and buy an Apple Watch
