I came here to say that too. My watch no longer vibrates when I get a phone call or when I hit my step goal

Thank you for the article. None of the options worked or were relevant; particularly with regard to the incoming phone calls and my watch not responding.

Hi @Downhilljill - your watch may have developed a fault, here is how to check.
First restart it by holding the watch button for 10 seconds till it blanks and then restarts.
Then set an alarm, swipe the face to the left and select Alarms, and make one for 2 minutes from now.
When it goes off it should also vibrate, if it does the watch is fine. In which case make sure your watch is not in Sleep or Do not disturb mode, in the watch Quick Settings.
