I came here to say that too. My watch no longer vibrates when I get a phone call or when I hit my step goal

Hi there, @Downhilljill. It's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 stopped vibrating. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!

As a first approach, I'd recommend taking a look at this help article Why didn't my Fitbit device alert me?

Thank you for the article. None of the options worked or were relevant; particularly with regard to the incoming phone calls and my watch not responding.

Hi @Downhilljill - your watch may have developed a fault, here is how to check.

First restart it by holding the watch button for 10 seconds till it blanks and then restarts.

Then set an alarm, swipe the face to the left and select Alarms, and make one for  2 minutes from now.

When it goes off it should also vibrate, if it does the watch is fine. In which case make sure your watch is not in Sleep or Do not disturb mode, in the watch Quick Settings.
