Versa 2 stopped working after a Factory Reset

HI,

 

Can somebody help me , i accidently  my Versa 2,it paired to Fitbit app, but no apps.I cant exercise,please help.

Hi there @Feddie, welcome to the Community Forums. 

I didn't understand quite well the issue you're having after performing the factory reset on your Versa 2. If you still need help, would you mind giving me more details? 

If your watch isn't turning on, try the steps below:

  • Clean the charging contacts on the back of your device and the pins on your charging cable using the instructions in How do I clean my Fitbit device?
  • If the error "insufficient power source" appears on your device's screen, remove other devices plugged in to your power source, or plug your device in to another source.
  • Try a different USB port or a UL-certified wall charger.
  • Check the alignment and try reconnecting your device to the charging cable. For more information, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
  • Restart your Fitbit once again. For more information, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?

On the other hand, if your Versa 2 is no longer syncing or connecting to your Fitbit app, please try the following:

1. Remove the Versa 2 from your phone's Bluetooth settings and in the Fitbit app.
2. Restart your Versa 2.
3. Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use.
4. Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
5. Set up your Versa 2.
