My versa2 is not working, discharged quickly, touch unresponsive, charging not properly, no bpm. Turns on and off by itself.

Hi there, @SwatiVerma. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 2.

If your Versa 2 is not responding, it may be due to the battery went flat. For troubleshooting steps, please see Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? 

If you manage to charge your watch, but the screen is still unresponsive, try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
