My Versa 2 quit working during my swim today. Blank black screen and won’t restart

Hi @kellynash507 - that is a sign that water got in. If it's under warranty it can be replaced.
Beware of charging it, it may get hot which is dangerous so stop immediately.
You can always chat via the Fitbit App, Help & support section, Contact Customer support for them to check or hopefully replace.

If your watch got wet, it’s important to take it off and dry it well before putting it back on. If your watch has come into contact with any liquid other than fresh water, you should clean it with fresh water and a soap-free cleanser (like Cetaphil) and dry it with a lint free-cloth. Be sure to follow our Wear and Care instructions to keep your device clean.
