Versa 2 stopped working

I've been having problems with my Versa 2 for the past few days. At first it would just show the fitbit logo, finally managed to get it to stop doing that. Today it's not tracking my steps anymore, I've done a reboot and a factory reset and nothing. Any tips would be appreciated
