I’m convinced my fitbit is now pocessed! It was working fine earlier today. I have restarted it SEVERAL times now and I’m still unable to use the screen or the back button. It works whenever it wants, on its own, and does random stuff! Finally making the switch to apple watch after SEVERAL attempts with FitBit products.

Hi there, @Bicha. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 2. We‘re taking your comments and sentiments in regards to our products and services into consideration.
Please restart your Versa 2 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
As for the button not working, if you haven't done so yet, I recommend trying to remove dust or dirt by gently using a toothpick around the button. If this does not improve the button performance, you can try to clear debris using canned air. Hold the tracker at arm's length and spray once to loosen any dirt or dust that may have accumulated around the button. Once you've done that, please restart your Versa 2 once again by following these steps How do I restart my Fitbit device?
Hope this helps.
