Versa 2 stopped working

Hi. My Versa 2 has stopped working, despite having a full charge at the time. I have tried holding the button for in excess of 10 secs, but nothing. Just a blank screen. 

 

Please help!

Sometimes you have to perform a restart a few times. I’d try at least 2 more times. If that’s unsuccessful try changing the clock face going through the Fitbit app. I have seen this help screen issues at times. Here’s how: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2311.htm

 

It your still having issues try cleaning both your Versa 2 as well as your charger to ensure your Versa 2 is indeed charging. Look here to see how it’s properly done: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2005.htm

My Versa 2 stopped working today and customer support said they can’t fix it and I will need to buy a new one with their lame discount. I swear they purposely break older models with software updates just out warranty to make you buy new products. I’m done, taking a smartwatch break.

So has mine,   worked perfectly then a few days literally wouldn't work..  Doesn't make sense

I've had this issue a few times on mine. I held all 3 buttons in 1st time & eventually started again. 2nd time this didn't work until a few days later then came back on. This morning , no clock face ( just black screen but I could flick through & see other settings. Few times & few hours later tried the 3 buttons again then suddenly got it back.

I updated my son’s yesterday and now it’s blank. Bought new charger and still nope
