My versa 2 says it's 100% charged but doesn't work or show any info. What do I do to fix it

Thanks for providing the inquiry regarding your Versa 2.
Have you tried to restart the device? In addition, I'd suggest changing the clock face.

After trying to reset mine I got a Date not cleared Sync and try again message … no amount of resets has changed it
