Two days ago, my Versa 2 touch screen stopped working. Recharged it and all seemed good yesterday. Today the screen went black again, but continues to sync with app. Held the button for 10 seconds as suggested. No response. It is dead. Help!

Hi @SunsetRunner - try holding the watch button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.
If that works try changing clock face.
Watches aren't repaired if they break, but if under warranty can be replaced.
If it gets hot when charging stop immediately
