Wrong steps after training on Versa

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Hello. My watch suddenly adjusts the number of steps I've taken during the day down by many thousands of steps after I've been on the treadmill and knows I've run more. I also record steps with another app on my phone, and they suddenly jump by 4-5 thousand steps, and have been pretty similar throughout the day, until I have trained and synchronized different apps against each other. Don't understand why this happens.

Hello, @Hørsrud Welcome to the Fitbit Community.

Thanks for letting me know about this situation in regards to the steps shown after your training on your Versa device. My best recommendation would be to check and complete the following:

- Double check you're wearing your device correctly when training.
- Next time you'll train, restart your Versa before starting.
- Make sure your device and app are updated.

If the situation continues, let me know, thanks for your efforts!
