Hi @Wizzy21 - in case it is still working plug the charger into a PC port and charge the watch, make sure it does not get hot, if so stop immediately else leave for 2 hours - if it doesn't start by itself hold the button for a few seconds.

If the steps that our team has provided did not work, please feel free to contact them back for further assistance. Since you have reported this matter to our team and they already shared with you all the steps we could've also provided here, please note there's nothing left we in the community can suggest.
