Versa 2 stopped working

I've had my versa 2 for 3 years. It started getting glitch these last few weeks and yesterday stopped working altogether. The firbit logo keeps flashing, none of the resets are working and then the battery eventually dies from the flashing screen. I've unpaired it with my Bluetooth and turned my phone off, I've force stopped the app on my phone and the firbit just keeps flashing. What can I do??

I'm experiencing the same problem with my Versa 2 as well.

My versa is going the same. Flashes the logo. Won’t connect to Bluetooth tooth. Keeps telling me to download the app. Have turned off and restarted (the app & watch) many times.

Hi @T.Diver - if your watch shows download the app, it has a factory reset status.

On the phone Fitbit App go to the device/account page and Setup or Add more devices, select your watch and replace if it was previously installed.
