This was my second Fitbit product. Ionic was the first one(2018), and even though I had an RMA(2019), it was still a very bad product that died right away.
It has been weeks since the heart rate on Versa 2 stopped working. A few days later, I couldn't swipe down to read my notifications. The touch screen was not responsive this week, and it died yesterday and was unable to charge.
Thank you Versa 2 for being with me for these years. Good bye Fitbit!

Hi there, @Andy0223. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 has stopped working. I understand your concern and how you must be feeling as you also had issues with your Fitbit Ionic, I will do my best to help you with your Fitbit device.
If your Versa 2 is not charging, please note that there are some issues that affect this, being which power source is used and how clean the contacts are and how well the charger is seated. If you are charging your Versa 2 on the wall socket, try using another CE certified USB adapter for low energy devices.
If you haven't done so yet, I'd recommend following the tips and recommendations provided here Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
Once you manage to bring back your Versa 2 to life, I'd like you to please try the steps below to fix the issue with the screen:
If the above doesn't work, please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? Note: Restarting the device doesn’t delete any data. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
If the heart rate is still not being tracked, please see What actors can affect my heart-rate reading on my Fitbit device?

@Andy0223 Since all the steps you tried didn't work, you have a Versa 2 and report it's not tracking working at all, I need additional information from you that would best be shared privately. I’m sharing a link to a form for you to fill out so we can look into this further.
This form is only meant for you to use, so let me know once you’re done. Click here to get access to it.

My Versa 2 stopped working as well on Friday, it was not responsive to touch and on Saturday the screen got blank and sometimes show like a broken TV. Is this a software problem. I have tried all your recommend and non worked. It did not fall or hit on anything, just stopped working while I had it on.

ok i know it’s weird but yesterday i was researching on the same and today infixed my unresponsive screen with… putting my versa 2 in a cup with rice for several hours🙈
i was sweating a lot and was in humid conditions but not directly with water, still wanted to give it a try and was amazed that can swipe again
So maybe give it a try 🙈
