Versa 2 stops sync

It's been a while that my versa 2 stops the synchronisation. I realise after some time that I don't receive the WhatsApp messages. 

I have to uninstall the fitbit app on my phone and install it again to make it work. It's really annoying and frustrating.

Hi @Lucianadp - what can be causing this is the phone is closing the Fitbit App or Bluetooth in background, so make sure battery saving is disabled for both.

If you have an Android phone you can simply

In Android phone Settings *

Apps

Fitbit

Storage - clear cache [not data]

Force Fitbit Stop

[though it doesn't seem to fully]

Go back in to the Fitbit app

 

*Quick Shortcut: Press and hold the Fitbit launch icon, then App info [on some phones]
